El rooibos (nombre científico Aspalathus linearis) es una planta de origen sudafricano cuyo nombre en idioma afrikáans significa arbusto rojo y se pronuncia «roibos» (/ˈrɔɪbɒs/). Es muy popular debido al uso que se hace de sus hojas en preparaciones como infusiones.
